Console Drop-in Tray

This floor-console drop-in tray is injection molded in 20% talc-filled PP. It was designed to fit into the existing package space but address customer requests for additional storage options with the console bin. When used, the tray provides easy access to small items at the top of the console bin, increasing utility and storage as well as providing greater customer satisfaction. The current design overcame challenges including supplying production and service streams quickly, plus retaining core production tooling.
