2.7L Thermostat Water Inlet Assembly

Radiator and heater hoses on the ‘07 MY DaimlerChrysler 2.7-L engine are molded without parting lines, thus eliminating leaks at the interface and reducing warranty costs.  Through innovative taper design, modification of process, and tooling, the hose are molded with severe undercut ratios >10% using a rigid glass-filled PPA resin that has only 2% elongation.
