A unique plate design spawns patent-pending methods to attach the window regulator rail and inside handle assembly while integrating water management features and providing for an armrest-support structure to handle the weight of the entire door for models requiring lift off.  Twist lock & locator features enable assembly flexibility for the regulator drive and lift motors, while 2 integrated knock-outs allow glass access for serviceability.
