This is the first time that an LCP has been used for a stator solenoid
application. The resin was chosen
because of its ability to withstand high pressures, temperature to 180C, harsh
chemicals, and due to its low CLTE. Fully automated injection molding with 3
metal inserts is used to produce the parts.
