Bio-Recycled Structural Guard

The material used on this structural guard is produced from recycled TPE from tires and reinforced with coconut-shell powder ‒ a waste stream from coconut processing that is a functional filler.  The result is a part that is lower in cost (2%), lower in weight (3%), and has greater performance properties.  Additionally, coconut-shell powder is less abrasive than mineral fillers on molding equipment, it reuses a product otherwise destined for a landfill, and creates jobs and opportunities in other parts of the world.
