Console Cupholder Door Inner

These nano-talc-filled PC/ABS console cupholder inner doors represent industry's first use of a nano material for a MIC interior application.  The material significantly improves HDT characteristics (31% better than straight ABS and 12% improvement over PC/ABS), enabling the parts to pass thermal testing.  Thanks to significant process-development by the supplier, visually acceptable parts were produced that offer high-quality craftsmanship with good fit & finish and allow for a hidden door mechanism.
